The Poor Man's Georgia–Florida weekend starts here. 

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2025

Gates open at 6:30 PM, music at 7:30 PM, right on the marsh at Village Creek Landing. This is the last St. Simons GA/FL weekend for two years while the Jacksonville stadium is renovated, Let's have a concert.

Taking the stage is The Three-Headed Dawg, a top-secret group from Athens with a sound that runs Rodeo wild and Baba Yaga strange. The are known for legendary Hotel Parties and Teamwork harmonies. They are Johnny Utah-approved and their Voices are sure to Carry across the marsh.

Expect a perfect October night: live music, food and drink available on-site, and that 912 salt-air energy that makes GA/FL weekend legendary. Event will be held RAIN OR SHINE.

By purchasing, accepting, or using this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Revocable License – This ticket is a revocable license to attend the concert and may be revoked at the sole discretion of the event organizers or venue without refund.

• Assumption of Risk – Holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to attendance, including personal injury, illness (including communicable disease), property loss, and other hazards whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

• Waiver and Release – In consideration of admission, holder releases and agrees not to sue the event organizers, performers, venue, contractors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, illness, damage, or loss arising from attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

• Compliance with Rules – Holder agrees to comply with all venue rules, posted instructions, and applicable laws. Entry constitutes consent to searches for prohibited items and to the use of holder’s image or likeness in event-related media without compensation.

• No Resale or Counterfeit Tickets – Unauthorized resale or duplication is prohibited and may result in refusal of admission without refund.

• Acceptance of Terms – Purchase of a ticket constitutes full and binding acceptance of these terms in consideration for admission.
